Welcome to Bushire Saudi. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Booking and Payment

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our online booking system. A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received, as the Company specifies.
2. Payment Terms: Payment must be made according to the payment schedule outlined at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if payments are not made on time.
3. Pricing: All prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation by Customer: If the Customer cancels a booking, the following charges will apply:
   • More than 30 days before the hire date: Full refund
   • 15-30 days before the hire date: 50% refund
   • Less than 15 days before the hire date: No refund
2. Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, and the Company will not be liable for further compensation.

Use of Services

1. Passenger Conduct: The Customer is responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the hire period. The Company reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if passengers engage in illegal or dangerous behavior.
2. Damage and Cleaning: The Customer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the hire period. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning required after the hire.

Liability

1. Limitation of Liability: The Company’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the total cost of the booking. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
2. Insurance: The Company provides basic insurance coverage for the vehicle. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have adequate personal insurance coverage.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
